Cancel Anytime Once your purchase an account you will have full access to all the features and capabilities and you will be billed. Payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again.
Do you bill based on the number of documents signed? No! Sign all you want — it's all included. Billing is only per sender - we don't charge, track or calculate any fees based on usage, access to documents or actions performed.
Can multiple people in 1 company have multiple PRO accounts? It is a licensing violation to purchase multiple PRO accounts in a single company/organization — only 1 PRO account should be purchased per company. If multiple people need to send out contracts for signature then a company should purchase either a team or enterprise account.
