Do you offer a 30-day free trial period for new paid accounts?
EchoSign Team and EchoSign Enterprise include a 30-day trial. If you cancel a Team or Enterprise account in the first 30 days, you will not be billed.
What about cancelling? Is this a long-term commitment?
You can cancel at any time with no hassles. You’ll be billed month-to-month unless you cancel, in which case you won’t be billed again. Period.
Do you bill based on the number of documents signed?
No! Sign all you want — it's all included. Billing is only per sender - we don't charge, track or calculate any fees based on usage, access to documents or actions performed.
