eFax® Integration
What It Does
EchoSign has a free, optional fax management feature enabling full integration of your eFax® account right into your EchoSign document management system.
Stop losing track of your faxes after you get them! Now, your faxes will all be automatically organized in reverse-chronological order in your fully searchable EchoSign account. Share. Search. View. Reminders. For all your faxes.
And they’ll still be e-mailed to you the moment you get a fax.
How It Works
It’s easy. Simply input your eFax® number and PIN into the “eFax® integration” section of the Profile tab. Your faxes received with eFax® will then be redirected through EchoSign. You’ll still get emailed all the electronic faxes as soon as they come through, but they’ll also be automatically stored and saved in a fax management system in your EchoSign account as well.
Have more than one account at eFax® at your company? Then it gets even better. Assign each one to a different EchoSign account, and then share the accounts with each other. Now, you’ll be able to see, track and find all the faxes that come in for all your numbers, right in your EchoSign account.

EchoSign + eFax® supports the following features:
- Automatically stores all your faxes received with eFax® right in your EchoSign account
- Never lose track of your faxes received with eFax® again — sort, search, find, view, share, manage
- All your electronic faxes are still emailed to you – but now with a handy preview image so you can see what the fax is without even opening the attachment!
- Included with every EchoSign account at no additional charge
Pricing
There currently is no additional charge to use EchoSign+eFax®. It may be used in connection with any type of EchoSign account. All paid eFax® accounts (Plus, Pro) are currently supported. eFax® Corporate edition accounts may require manual configuration — please contact customer support if assistance is required.
