EchoSign Web: Custom Forms
You can now use custom send pages that reflect your business processes and compliance requirements. EchoSign’s custom forms allow you to specify the roles of various stakeholders participating in each business process, at which stage they need to sign or approve a document or whether they should merely be notified of the completed transaction.
Custom forms are easily accessible from EchoSign’s newly designed home page, making it a snap to use them.
A simple workflow may allow a new employee to easily submit a medical enrollment form, automatically pre-filling the email address of the insurance broker, while a complex workflow may include many stakeholders involved in signing and executing an advertising sales contract.
