- Familiarity with databases/SQL in the context of test execution and diagnostics is preferred
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting/programming language is a plus
About the job:
Youll be working with a close-knit group of developers using the latest technologies to build new products and features, work with customers and partners, and continue to evolve our service and make users happy. Our customers depend on us for critical business processes, so consistent service quality and performance are incredibly important to us.
Key responsibilities:
- Author, maintain, and execute test plans that provide comprehensive coverage of EchoSign's products

- Participate in risk analysis and determine the appropriate level of testing for various scenarios
- Respond to customer problem reports and drive issues to a successful resolution
