EchoSign Web: Mega Sign
What It Does
MegaSign allows EchoSign Enterprise customers to send documents for digital signature to 100s of employees or others in one click. Each recipient will receive their own copy to digitally sign; a full activity report will be created, tracking who has signed and who hasn’t; and everyone who hasn’t signed yet can be automatically reminded to digitally sign.
Perfect for compliance and HR: internal approvals, policies, handbook acknowledgments, and other documents where your entire workforce needs to sign their own copy of the same standard document.
Available Features
MegaSign supports the following features:
- Send a document to dozens or hundreds of recipients, each who will digitally sign their own copy
- Full activity report generated anytime, in real time, of who has signed and who hasn’t
- Automated reminders can remind everyone who hasn't signed to do so
Pricing
There currently is no additional charge to use MegaSign for EchoSign Enterprise customers. Team and Pro customers must upgrade to turn on the MegaSign option. MegaSign (as with standard signatures) is subject to abuse limits. MegaSign may not be used for unsolicited emails.
