The moment the contract is digitally signed, all parties are e-mailed a copy of the digitally signed contract, and a PDF copy is also automatically stored within an indexed, searchable document management system inside of Oracle CRM On Demand.
In addition, contracts and templates can be dynamically created in the cloud, inside of Oracle CRM On Demand, enabling create-review-send-sign-track-manage flows all 100% web-based, inside of Oracle CRM On Demand.

How It Works
EchoSign for CRM On Demand solution leverages EchoSign’s state-of-the-art API together with ShareMethods’ Document authoring and document management solution to allow EchoSign to run entirely within Oracle CRM On Demand.
Simply click on a new link in Opportunities or Contact entitled “Send for Signature,” attach the unsigned contact — or create one in the cloud from a template — hit send, and EchoSign does all the rest for you.
