The moment the contract is digitally signed, all parties are e-mailed a copy of the digitally signed contract, and a PDF copy is also automatically stored within an indexed, searchable document management system inside of Oracle CRM On Demand.

In addition, contracts and templates can be dynamically created in the cloud, inside of Oracle CRM On Demand, enabling create-review-send-sign-track-manage flows all 100% web-based, inside of Oracle CRM On Demand.
