  1. The signer receives an email message with clear instructions and a link to review and sign the document
  2. Signers are not required to install software or register with the EchoSign service, ensuring maximum adoption and a quick and frictionless signing process
  3. After clicking on the link, the signer can review the document online, enter their details and sign it electronically
  4. The sender may allow the signer to choose to print, sign and fax the document rather than apply an e-Signature
  5. The signed document is stored in EchoSign and a copy of the signed document is sent to all parties

Signers may provide additional information during the signing process such as their address, social security number, payment details, etc. by filling in EchoSign forms.
