Using Existing PDF Forms

PDF forms created in Acrobat 7.0+ can simply be sent through EchoSign like any other agreement (or put on your own site using the EchoSign widget). When the e-signer receives the email to e-sign the agreement, EchoSign will allow them to sign, initial and fill in all the form fields in the PDF form.

The form can be filled out right on the screen, just like any other PDF form — and then can be instantly e-signed.

Using Text Tags in Your Text Documents to Create EchoSign Forms

EchoSign allows you to easily place signatures, initial boxes and forms fields in your document simply by adding special text tags in your document. Tags may appear in any document type such as PDF, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and simple text files (*.txt).

EchoSign will convert any text-based document containing those tags into a powerful EchoSign Form, allowing allow you to collect data from your signers, position signature and initials fields in your documents, collect multi-party information from sender and signers and more.

Pricing

There currently is no additional charge to use EchoSign Forms for EchoSign Enterprise customers. In addition, each EchoSign account automatically includes several free standard EchoSign forms which you are free to use again and again (W-9, W-4, etc.).
