EchoSign Web: Receive Signed Copies
All parties automatically receive a PDF copy of the signed document the moment it is signed.
- Signed copies are sent to the sender and all signers and anyone else the sender chooses to copy (e.g. Sales admin, Finance, etc.)
- BCC option is also available from your account settings allowing you to ensure another party always gets a copy (e.g. Legal)
- The original signed copy is filed in your account
- The original document’s audit trail is accessible via a link in each one of the copies. Customers may choose to include the audit trail in the email sent to all parties
