EchoSign Web: Fax Back a Written Signature

EchoSign is the only electronic signature solution allowing you and your signers to continue signing documents on paper and sending them back via fax while enjoying the benefits of a fully managed and automated document signing process.

  1. Instead of electronically signing the document, the signer prints a PDF file, signs it and faxes it back by following the instructions on the cover page automatically added by EchoSign
  2. The fax is received and analyzed by the EchoSign service such that it is immediately identified as a signed copy of your document
  3. The signed document is filed in EchoSign and a copy of the signed document is sent to all parties
