Cyber-Duck is a leading digital agency delivering award winning corporate websites, SaaS applications and mobile apps whilst offering UX consultancy and marketing services. Workflow Challenge

Growing organically since 2005 and expanding our contact database, including clients, potential clients, suppliers and associates, we were in a need of a solution which would streamline contract processing and enable us to effectively manage agreements; including proposals, NDAs and other contracts. Printing out, scanning or faxing was often inefficient and time-consuming, and minimising the use of paper was important to us.

We knew there were a few options available for electronic signing, but Adobe EchoSign was the only solution that ticked all of our boxes. Apart from having great reputation, the most user-friendly interface and being easy to use, EchoSign provides us with a full control over every single document.

Results

Utilising EchoSign dramatically improved the process of getting agreements signed at Cyber-Duck. Our clients too have noticeably preferred the speed and simplicity of using Echosign, rather than the traditionally cumbersome process of printing and faxing agreements. Not only do we have full control over agreements whilst being kept up-to-date whenever somebody views or signs a document; we also have the option to set a weekly reminder that automates the process of following up agreements still out for signature.

The next step for us is to make use of the Echosign API to integrate some of the data into our internal business intelligence dashboard, which will make up an important part of an overall business overview.
