Workflow Challenge
At Consumer Debt Solutions, Inc. the sales cycle begins with a phone call. However, in order to close a transaction, the sales people need to have the customer sign and fax back a form. Because they have to rely on the customer doing it after they get off the phone and with multiple fax errors, some transactions simply don’t close.
