Workflow Challenge

George Street Photo deals with clients during a very stressful and chaotic time period of their life—their wedding day. The wedding season is also extremely busy for the photographers and videographers we work with, so they needed a solution that would streamline any signature process to make it as quick as a click of a button. Typically they require signatures from contractors a week prior to the wedding day, and often there are last minute changes that require signatures from both the bride and groom.

EchoSign Solution

George Street Photo started with a single EchoSign license. Once they realized the value of EchoSign they quickly purchased licenses for everyone in the company. They created forms using Microsoft Word uploaded them to Echosign so that everyone in the company could easily send the contracts for signature. In addition, they used EchoSign for salesforce.com to generate and send out contracts directly from salesforce.com. With the goal of decreasing the lag time between the client’s wedding date and album delivery date, they are currently working to integrate the wedding album design process and approval with EchoSign.

With faster contract signing, EchoSign has delivered bottom line benefits as well as less stress employees and less stressed clients. On average, contracts are signed in 1 day with EchoSign – without EchoSign, the previous contract turnaround time was 7 days.
