Network General™ has documents that require acknowledgement from every employee. As a global company with many employees it is extremely time consuming and difficult to keep track of the status of each signature, plus manage the signed documents.
EchoSign Solution
Network General™ uses EchoSign to distribute many documents that require employee signature or acknowledgement. In the past, employees took a long time to respond because it was time consuming to have to print, sign and fax back the document. Now, they can simply and immediately respond by e-signing. Also, using EchoSign’s multicast feature, the manager can keep track of and print out a list of those who have signed so when his boss asks him how many employees have responded he can give him an immediate answer.
Results
Network General™ has dramatically increased the employee response rate to their company wide documents.
